an old friend from my Christian middle school shared on fb someone he knows published a book about being gay and Christian and my friend learned about the toxic way Christians treat homosexuality and how he’s contributed to it himself and how he’s come around on the topic and has more understanding and it filled my heart so much to see this coming from someone I know irl and not just within the echo chamber and now we’re talking after 9 years and catching up and I know this isn’t a popular opinion but I love the Lord and I love being bi both of those things are the most important things in my life
