I’m not sure what’s funnier. The fact that in HBP Harry’s thought process goes “Hmm. Draco’s ignoring me. He must be a Death Eater now. Nothing less than a secret deadly mission from Voldemort himself could be more important than our rivalry.”
Harry Potter had a crush on Cho specifically because she was good at Quidditch, and could go toe to toe with him as a seeker. Harry Potter started developing feelings for Ginny after she joined the Quidditch Team, and their first kiss happen as a celebration of winning a important match for the house cup, and she will later become a freaking professional quidditch player.
Harry Potter is into jocks. Harry Potter is into jocks that, specifically, could kick his ass at his favorite sport.
I feel like this is an important thing to know about the guy.

Here is how I read the characters in Harry Potter, regardless of authorial intent.
Harry - bi-racial (White/Arabic), bisexual, cis, hair that knows no bounds
Hermione - bi-racial (White/Black) (i read her mom as black and dad as white like Lena from the Fosters??) cis and straight (ROMIONE hello)
Ron - straight cis white dude, but i still love him
Ginny - bisexual ginger chick with a badass short hair cut
Neville - white (but is open to any skin color really), asexual chubby guy with crooked teeth
Luna - pansexual white girl with huge eyes and actual dirty blonde hair
Draco - white cis gay guy, what else?
Remus - cis gay man, white, very skinny and scarred
Sirius - bisexual, mixed race (maybe some asian decent in the family), cis
Tonks - Non-Binary Queer person who HATES Nymphadora since its too gendered for them, usually dons boy clothes and THATS why Remus was into them after Sirius’s death
McGonagall - badass black lesbian lady who is secretly married to Madam Hooch, another amazing lesbian
Dumbledore - cis gay male, despite Rowling’s FUCKED UP reading and writing of his character
Dean and Seamus - totally gay, totally in love, and totally the best couple in the series
Charlie Weasley - queer guy who falls in love with beautiful black man and they raise baby dragons together
The Black Family - I like the read them as having some Asian decent in the family, as I said before, but more in Sirius’ immediate family and less in Narcissa’s side
